摘要
分析了三个籼粳杂种一代(F_1)花培二代(H_2)中8个农艺性状的分布及其相关。因杂种的亲本不同,H_2中抽穗天数、株高、穗长、每穗总粒数等性状的分布特点亦明显不同,性状间的相关性也有差异。与粳稻亲本相比较,H_2的分蘖力有明显改善。亲本材料的遗传基础与其杂种花培后代表现密切相关。
Distribution of agronomic characters and correlation between them were anal- ysed in the second generations(H_2)of homozygous diploid pollen plants regenerated by an- ther culture of three indica-sinica F_1 hybrids.As different parents were used in F_1 hybrids, characteristics of distribution of traits,such as days to heading,plant height,panicle length and grain number per panicle,differed significantly,correlations between some traits also differed in H_2.Compared with that of sinica parents used,tillering ability was improved re- markably in H_2.The genotypes of parents are closely related to inheritance of progenies de- rived from the indica-sinica hybrids by anther culture.
