摘要
本文从理论上比较了 X 射线定量分析中比强度法和常用的 K 值法的相对误差,说明了用比强度法对优质硅砖进行定量分析可以取得快速、准确的效果。
Based on theory,this paper,compares the relative error of the method of comparing intensity with the method of K Value in the quantitative analysis of X-ray for high-quality silica brick. With the method of comparing intensity,the experiment has proved that a precise and fast result could be obtained when it is used for quantitative analysis.
