摘要
新装备如何形成战斗力,是我军新时期谋求打赢未来高技术条件下局部战争急需研究和解决的问题,其对装备发展和质量建设具有十分重要的现实意义;提出了新装备形成战斗力的3项基本要求和实现的基本环节;并从实战的角度对新装备训练提出了原则性的指导意见,初步给出了评价战斗力形成的标准.
To form battle effectiveness with the new equipment is the important problem which is eagerly studied and solved in our army's new peviod to win in the future high technical battle. The paper definitudes its great significance for the equipment development and quality construction, and brings forward the basic tache for the realization. In the meanwhile, the paper puts forward the fundamental instructional idea for the new equipment train in the actual combat, and raises the standard of forming the battle effectiveness primarily.
