摘要
分析了影响人力系统可用性的主要因素;建立了计算某型飞机维护系统人力可用性的数学模型;给出了计算人力系统可用性的方法.
The paper analyzes the main factors influencing the availability in manpower system, and establishes a mathematic model applied to calculating the manpower availability in an aeroplane maintenance system. In the end, a method to calculate the availability of the manpower system is proposed.
