This paper looks forward to the developing prospect of e- book market, analyzes on today's difficulty of e- book and some factors influencing on its development, and points out that e- book is an important method for the people to get knowledge in digital era, a new reading revolution will certainly create a new reading era, and e- book has a vast developing prospect in 21st century.
