摘要
以清徐县农业节水为例,阐述了近几年的节水园区建设采用工程措施与管理措施相结合的方法,改变旧管理体制,促进全县农业种植结构的调整,取得了可观的经济效益和社会效益。
Taking the water- saving agriculture of Qingxu County as the example, this paper expounds that adopting the method of combining engineering measures with managerial measures in the construction of water- saving garden and changing the old managerial system in resent years have promoted the adjustment of agricultural planting structure of the whole county and obtained considerable economical and social benefits.
