摘要
通过对美国电子政府的发展与我国电子政务的现状之比较,得出了我国电子政务若要向纵深发展,必须科学地扮演好“服务者、“管理者”、“消费者”的角色,真正适应电子商务时代的需要。
Through comparison of the development of American e- government and the present situation of Chinese e- governmental affairs, this paper points out that if Chinese e- governmental affairs want to develop in depth, it must play the roles of ' server' , ' manager' and ' customer' scientifically and fit in with the requirements of e- commerce era.
