摘要
改革开放以来 ,民办教育呈现出良好的发展势头。制定民办教育的发展策略 ,关键是要正确认识民办教育的现实作用。温州民办教育发展的历程表明 ,社会经济发展与社会结构整体转型的角度是认识与理解民办教育的理论前提 ,是制定民办教育发展策略的社会基础。
Ever since China adopted the opening-up policy, private education has been enjoying a very satisfactory development. In wor king out the strategy for the development of private education, the key li nk lies in the correct understanding of the practical role of private edu cation. In this connection, the socio-economic progress and the overall transit ion of social structure are the theoretical prerequisite for understanding priva te education and the social basis for formulating the development strategy of private education.
