摘要
网络技术的发展,使复合图书馆参考咨询业务活动的内容、方式和手段与传统图书馆相比有很多变化,参考咨询工作不仅有帮助、协助和引导读者利用文献资源,而且还具有组织、筛选、查新和提供文献资源等特点,因而提出复合图书馆参考咨询应围绕完善一个技术条件、加强二个方面基础业务工作和深化五个方面基本条件的工作模式。
With the development of network technology, there are some varieties in referencing consultation range and way in hybrid libraries compared to traditional libraries. Referencing consultation is not only to help, assist and guide readers to make good use of document resources, but organize, sieve, consult and provide them. The working method for referencing consultation in hybrid libraries is to improve technology conditions and enforce basic work and conditions.
