摘要
研究我国国有企业经营者报酬模式机理,客观分析国有企业经营者报酬机制的现状和存在的问题及原因,就进一步健全和完善经营者报酬机制进行探索是具有重要现实意议的课题。
It has important realistic meaning to research into the pay mechanism for the operators of the state-owned enterprise in China, to objectively analyze the status quo and the problems existing in the pay mechanism for the operators of state-owned enterprises, and to explore it so as to complete and perfect the pay mechanism for the enterprises’ operators.
