摘要
目的 :探讨药物流产的观察标准及药物流产不全或失败的处理原则。方法 :米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物流产 960例 (研究组 )与传统流产 2 0 3例对照。结果 :研究组清宫术 345 ( 35 .9%)例 ,对照组 2 1( 1 0 .3%)例 ;研究组阴道出血量、持续时间、流产后出血率 ( 0 .2 %)、盆腔炎发生率 ( 1 .1 %)明显低于对照组 ,两组比较 ,P<0 .0 0 1。结论 :药物流产不全或失败者 ,5 h内行主动清宫术 ,能够解除药物流产后阴道出血过多、过长的原因 ,减少药物流产并发症 ;对孕妇造成的痛苦和对子宫内膜的破坏及并发症小于负压吸引流产术 。
Objective:To investigate the standards of observation of drug abortion and the principles of dealing with incomplete or unsuccessful abortion.Methods:To contrast 960 cases of drug abortron with mifepristone+misoprostol with 203 cases of traditional drug abortion.Results:345 cases(35 9%) of curettage in the study group are significantly higer than 21 cases (10 3%) in the control group ( P <0 001);the volume of vaginal bleeding,lasting period(8 4±2 5 days),the bleeding rate after abortion(0 2%),and the incidence of pelvic inflammatory disease(1 1%) in the study group are significantly lower than those in the control group( P <0 001).Conclusion:If the pregnant women with incomplete or unsuccessful abortion are operated on with active curettage within 5 hours,the causes of excessive vaginal bleeding for long period can be dissolved,and the complications of drug abortion can be decreased;the pains of the pregnant women,the harm to endometrium and the complications it causes are lower than those caused by vaccum traction.So it is a method worthy of widerspread application.
