摘要
目的通过文献调研 ,综述常用中药羌活近年来的研究概况。方法调研分析羌活近 2 0年来的研究资料 ,从历史沿革、化学成分、药理研究、不良反应、临床应用等方面进行综述研究。结果羌活主含挥发油、香豆素类化合物等化学成分 ;具有抗炎镇痛、抗心律失常、抗心肌缺血、促进脑循环、抗血栓形成及抗菌等药理作用。结论羌活所含化学成分复杂 ,药理作用广泛 ,有待于进一步研究开发和综合利用 。
Objective The paper summarizes the researches on Notopterygium root in recent years by the analysis of medical literature. Method The paper studies the research materials for the drug in recent 20 years, and summarizes its chemical compositions, pharmacological studies, adverse reactions and clinical application. Result Notopterygium root contains volatile oil, cumarin-like chemical compounds, etc. The drug relieves inflammation, cures arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia, promotes cerebral circulation, removes thrombosis and bacteria as well as other pharmacological actions. Conclusion The complicated chemical compositions and wide pharmacological actions of Notopterygium root need further researches, development and comprehensive utilization. Its quality criteria needs further investigation for determination.
