摘要
本系统利用智能模块、变频器、传感器 ,以VisualBasic软件为开发平台 ,采用RS485总线将各配料控制模块与上位计算机连接 ,调用MATLAB进行实时数据处理 ;除具有基本的配料控制功能外 ,还可以进行集中监控、实时数据处理、数据管理、报表打印等操作。本文对系统结构、工作原理、系统分析进行了较详细的叙述。
Based on Visual Basic platforrm,the automatic blending system consists of intelligent modules,inverters and sensors.It links its control modules to the host computer by RS485 bus and calls MATLAB to process real-time data.In addition to the basic function of blending control,it can fulfil other functions such as centralized monitoring,real-time data processing,data managing and report printing.In this paper,a detailed description of its constitution,its working principle and system analysis are provided.
