摘要
顺序控制系统 (SCS)目前在过程控制工业中得到了广泛的应用 ,特别是在间歇的生产控制过程中 ,顺序控制的应用提高了生产完全自动化水平。本文针对扬子石化丁二烯生产装置DeltaVDCS系统上自动负荷升降系统 ,介绍顺序控制在其自动负荷升降系统中的设计、组态以及应用。
Sequential control system(SCS)is applied mostly in the process control industry presently,especially in intermittent production control process.Its application has improve the fully automation level of production.According to automatic loading up and loading down system in Butadiene device’DeltaV DCS of Yangzi company,this article has introduced thc design,configuration and application of the sequence control system.
