摘要
目的用高效液相色谱法测定安坤颗粒中栀子苷的含量。方法采用HypersilC1 8分析柱( 1 5 0mm× 4.0mm)Millog色谱工作站 ,流动相乙腈—水 ( 1 3:87) ,检测波长 :2 38nm ,流速1ml/min。结果栀子苷在 0 .5 7— 3.8μg范围呈线性。加样回收率为 98.2 4 % (Rsd =0 .85 % )。结论实验简便、可靠 ,是制剂质量控制的有效方法。
Objective To determine the content of gardenoside in An Kun Granule with HPLC. Method The chromatogrtaphic column HypersilC18(150mm×4.0mm) and Millog chromatographic work station were adopted. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(13 : 87). The detection wave length was 238nm, and the flow speed was 1ml/min. Result Gardenoside appeared linear at the range of 0.57-3.8ug. The regression rate was 98.24%(Rsd=0.85%). Conclusion The method was very effective simple and reliable for quality control of preparations.
