摘要
基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)是细胞外基质降解过程中重要的酶类,组织金属蛋白酶抑制物(TIMP)是MMP的天然抑制物,MMP与TIMP之间关系失衡可影响胚胎植入,并与子宫内膜异位症的发病密切相关,因此对MMP及TIMP的研究亦为子宫内膜异位症(EMs)及不孕的治疗提供了新的方向。
