摘要
与喷嘴挡板型伺服阀相比,偏转射流伺服阀具有可靠性高,抗污染性强,寿命长和零漂小等优点。在分析了偏转射流伺服阀结构原理的基础上,建立了偏转射流伺服阀及其位置伺服系统的动态数学模型,导出了偏转板流量方程的表达式,提出了偏转板线性化流量方程。研究了电液位置伺服系统的动态特性,构建了仿真模型并对其动态特性进行了仿真研究,仿真结果证明了动态数学模型的正确性,与实验结论基本吻合。
Jetpan servovalve has advantage of higher reliability, longer work life, better anticontamination and less null shift,compared with nozzle flapper servovalve. Based on the introduction of the structure and principle of Jetpan servovalve, the mathematic models of dynamic characteristics of electrohydraulic position system controlled by jetpan servovalve are established. Flow equations of deflection plate are derived and linearized. Its simulation model is also constructed by the use of Simulink Toolbox of Matlab. The model's dynamic characteristics are simulated. Simulation results obtained match basically that of the experiment.
