摘要
本文对厚板轧机的主要技术:包括轧机组成、刚度、机架设计、轧辊液压定位装置、横向板型控制技术、快速换辊及主传动等技术的发展现状作了阐述。并結合上海第三钢铁厂新建4200 mm/3500 nm轧机的装备水平作了评述。
This paper presents the major technologies of heavy plate mills, including formation of the mills, rigidity, mill stand design, hydraulic roll positioning device, transverse shape control technique, quick roll changing device, main driving technology and etc. The equipment level of the newly built 4200 mm/3500 mm rolling mill in Shanghai No. 3 Steel Works was also reviewed.
