摘要
16MnR热轧板时有发生性能不合格现象,经检验不合格样品中有较多的贝氏体出现,为提高产品合格率,作者通过实验,探讨了在钢板中贝氏体的形成规律。结果表明贝氏体的形成与终轧温度和轧后冷却速度有关。
Unqualified mechamical properties timely occurred in the hot-rolled 16MnRplates.After being tested,quite a lot of bainites existed in the unqualified specimen.With aview to increasing the qualified products,the authors explored the formation rules of the bai-nites in the hot-rolled plates through experiments.The results show that formation of thebainites is related to the finish rolling temperatures and cooling speed after being rolled.
