摘要
本文建立了社会经济发动机的离散型暂态模型.阐述了该模型的暂态特性,讨论了两种稳态之间的过渡过程和阶跃响应的特征.这对深入研究社会经济发展过程并揭示其宏观动态规律有着极其重要的理论意义和实际意义.
Social Economic Engine Model(SEEM in shost)is a kind of Social Econo-mic macro model.This model can,in a macro way,describe the quantitative relation-ship among the economic benifits,economic loads and growth rates.The relation-ship includes static and dynamic states,and the dynamic state includes a steadystate and a transient state.In this paper,the transient model of SEEM has beenestablished.It is very significant in theory and practice for investigating the soc-ial economic development process and discovering its macro-dynamic objectivelaw.
