摘要
在圆盘式磨蚀试验台上 ,对HT2 0 0和 4 5 #碳钢进行了模拟实际工况条件下的空蚀磨蚀实验 ,用失重法评价了两种金属材料的抗空蚀磨损性能 ,并用扫描电镜观察了空蚀试件表面形貌 ,试验结果表明 :4 5 #碳钢的抗空蚀性能远要比HT2 0 0灰铁好 ;空蚀的本质是由微射流对试件表面的冲击而产生的低周疲劳过程 ;从摩擦学设计的角度考虑 ,4 5 #碳钢和灰铸铁HT2 0
The cavitation erosion experiments of HT200 and 45#steel were done on the Disc Erosion Test bed.with simulating the impeller’s actual working conditions, The properties resistant to cavitation erosion of the two kinds of materials were evaluated by mass loss method, and the cavitation erosion surface morphologies were observed by SEM. The experiment result showed that the resistance of the 45 # steel was better than the impeller’s material HT200,the cavitation was the impacting of tiny jet flow on the example surface which caused the low frequency fatigue. 45 # steel and HT200 were not suitable to make the impeller on the viewpoint of tribology design.
