摘要
应用差热分析(DTA),粉未X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了AlF_3-YF_3-BaF_2-CaF_2-MgF_2玻璃系统中不同MgF_2/YF_3值对玻璃形成和析晶性能的影响。结果表明:氟铝酸盐玻璃具有较高的玻璃转变温度T_g,析晶温度T_c,玻璃形成能力判据ΔT和H值都随MgF_2/YF_3变化而变化。当MgF_2/YF_3值介于0.4和O.75之间时,具有最大的T_c,ΔT和H值。这时玻璃具有较好的抗析晶性能和较强的形成能力。DTA,XRD和SEM取得了相一致的结果,并与氟锆酸盐玻璃作了比较。
The effects of different MgF_2/YF_3values on the properties of glass formation and crystallization in AlF_3-YF_3-BaF_2-CaF_2-MgF_2 system have been studied by means of differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron mi- croscope (SEM). The results show that the fluoroaluminate glasses have higher transition temperature T_g. The crystallization temperature T_c, glass forming ability criteria △T=T_c-T_g and H=(T_c-T_g)/T_g have a peak value, and thus the glass has better resist- ance to crystallization and higher forming abillity when MgF_2/YF_3 value is between 0.4 and 0.75. The results are coincident from the DTA, XRD and SEM. The results have also been compared with the fluorozirconate glasses.
