摘要
本文研究了在用共沉淀法制备的高纯莫来石粉末中。添加 Na_2O 和 Fe_2O_3对莫来石陶瓷性能的影响.研究结果表明,添加剂使莫来石陶瓷的线收缩率、体积密度、常温抗折强度、晶格常数和晶胞体积均增大.由 X 射线衍射分析和扫描电子显微镜观察表明,添加 Na_2O 使莫来石陶瓷中的刚玉相量和玻璃相量增多;添加 Fe_2O_3使莫来石陶瓷中的刚玉相量减少,晶粒生长较好;同时添加 Na_2O 和Fe_2O_3,则刚玉相量增多,晶粒生长也较差。添加 Na_2O 和 Fe_2O_3,具有改善莫来石陶瓷某些性能的作用.
In this paper,the effect of additives Na_2O and Fe_2O_3 on the properties of mullite ce- ramics with high pure mullitc powdcr obtaincd by the coprecipitation method was investi- gatcd.The experimental results showed that linear shrinkage,bulk density,room tempera- ture bending strength,crystal lattice constants and volume of unit cell of these ceramics were more than those of mullite ceramics without additives.The results of X-ray diffraction and SEM of mullite ceramics with differcnt additives showed that the amount of alumina and glass in mullite ceramics increased with addition of Na_2O.The amount of alumina in mullite ceramics decreased and the growth of crystal got better with addition of Fe_2O_3.The amount was high in alumina and the growth of crystal got worse in mullite ce- ramics when both Na_2O and Fe_2O_3 were added.
