摘要
两权分离必然产生受托责任,两权分离下的受托责任问题必须很好解决,明确董事会对股东的受托责任,经理人员对董事会的受托责任尤为重要。
The accountability based on separation of owership and management equity is very important. If we will not solve it well, that our corporate governance will be defeated. My paper indicated my idea about it .
