摘要
介绍一种MCS-51单片双微机车床数控系统的插补速度控制方法。该方法具有插补速度可编程序控制,使插补速度均匀并连续可调,从而提高了车床的加工能力和一致性。本方法也可供其他速度控制系统参考。
The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the role of an inserting-modifying-speed control methcd in a double-set system for lathe-control. This method can make the inserting-modifying-speed become controlable through programming and continuously adjustable and evenly process. As a result, it enhances the tooling power and its consistance and stableness. This method also provides useful reference for other types of speed control systems.
