摘要
企业文化是精神文化、制度文化和物质文化的复合体.本文分析了施工企业的企业文化物质层与精神层、制度层的关系,探讨了施工企业物质文化的培育.
Enterprise culture is a complex of the spirit culture, system culture and substance culture. The authors analyse the relationships between substance level, spirit level and system level for enterprise culture. They discusse about how to improve the enterprise substance culture.
