The Optimization Design of the Precise Micro-lathe

摘要 提出了精密微型车床的设计目标,分别就车床主轴、床身导轨、进给与微动刀架、数控系统及减隔振等几大模块进行了优化设计和系统性能匹配,以期满足设计要求. The aim of the optimization design of the precise micm-lathe has been proposed. To meet the design- ing demand, the main parts of the lathe, such as main-shaft, micro-feed system, controller system and vibration isolation system, have been optimized.
