摘要
本文剖析了现行统计指数体系的缺陷,论述近年来我国一些统计工作者为弥补现行统计指数体系的不足而提出的设置“共变影响指数”的指数体系所带来的问题与引起的矛盾。在此基础上,本文吸收了“共变影响指数”的指数体系的长处,从综合指标增长率、增长额与其因素指标变动影响的增长率、增长额之间的关系出发,提出了现行统计指数体系的改进模型,并对其特点进行了分析。
This paper analyses the defects of the statistical index number system in effect, and approaches the contradictions and problems brought by the 'common affecting index number' which is put forward recently by some statisticians of this country. In light of the relationship between the comprehensive index and its elements as regards growth rate and amount, the paper advances a modified model to the index number system by absorbing the strong points of the 'common affecting index number. ' At the end of the paper, some distinguishing features are discussed.
