摘要
以胰脂肪酶的相对活性为指标通过体外实验的方法，对桔梗各提取部位进行活性筛选，结果表明：桔梗总皂甙显示出４１．７％（相对于对照）的抑制胰脂肪酶活性，且达显著水平；醚相、正丁醇相、水相、桔梗菊糖均无活性．本文首次报道了桔梗总皂甙具有减肥活性。
Different extract fractions of Platycodon Grandiflorum were studied on fat metabolism by pancreatic lipase relative activity in virto. Results showed that total saponins have 41.7% relatively activity and significant inhibiting rate to pancreatic lipase, ether extract. n-BuoH extract. water extract and inulin have not inhibiting activity to pancreatic lipase. Lessen fat active of Platycodon grandiflorum was reported for the first time.
