摘要
借助质控血清开展室内质控，可以控制实验的重复性、精密度，从而使检测结果趋于稳定．目前，ＥＬＩＳＡ免疫实验室仍采用临床化学测定使用的质控方法开展室内质控，由于受ＥＬＩＳＡ方法特殊性限制（试剂盒有效期短，有些项目测定次数少等），此质控方法在具体操作中有其缺陷性，我室在此质控方法基础上，同时进行“即刻性”质控（只需连续检测３次，即可对第３次结果进行质控）．有效弥补了上述不足，取得了很好的质控效果．
Applying the control serum to the internal quality control may ensure the reproducibility and accuracy of the test, and make the test have stable results. At present, ELISA laboratories are still using the quality control method the clinical biochimica laboratories always use. Because of the limit of ELISA speciality, (the valid period of ELISA diagnostic kit is short, the test number of some object is few, etc), there ecists the deficiency in the practical test by using this method. On the basis of this routine quality control method, our laborary apply 'instant' quality control to the test at the same time (only continue to test three times, the No 3 test can be controled). It can avoid the above deficiency efficiently and have satisified effect.
