摘要
目的:探讨D-半乳糖(D-Gal)对小鼠脾淋巴细胞损伤的分子机理.方法:测定不同浓度D-Gal作用后小鼠淋巴细胞乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性以及过氧化脂质(LPO)水平.结果:与对照组比较,LDH、SOD和SD H活性均有显著降低(P<0.01),LPO水平显著提高(P<0.01).结论:D-Gal能引起小鼠脾淋巴细胞及其功能的损伤.
Object To discuss the molecule mechanism of damage on mouse splenolymphocytes by D -galactose(D-Gal). Method The mouse spleen cells were cultivated with different density of D-Gal in vitro. Results As Compared with the control group, Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity. Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) activity and Succinate dehydrogenase(SDH) of D -Gal group decreased distinctly, however, Lipid Peroxyl (LPO) increased distinctly. Conclusion D -Gal can cause peroxidate damage of mouse spleen lymphocyte and its function.
