摘要
该文论述了单位时间服务量研究的意义 ,介绍了单位时间服务量的概念及其研究方法 ,其中包括 :工时测定法、实耗工时统计分析法、文献法、专家咨询法 ,并运用个人判断法和统计学分析相结合的方法 ,对单位时间服务量在测算卫生人力资源需要量中的应用作了进一步研究。
The authors introduce the concept of unit time service amount and the methods calculation it including working time calculation, analysis and statistics of real working time, file study, and expert consultation. With the approach of statistical analysis combining individual judgement, the authors study the application of unit time service amount in calculating health manpower requirements.
