摘要
目标管理是卫生经济管理的重要手段之一。在实施目标管理中应围绕效益优先 ,兼顾公平这个核心 ,坚持宏观控制、微观搞活 ,实行责权利相结合 ,落实成本核算 ,以保证医院建设两个效益的同步提高。
Target administration is an important means of health economic administration. In the course of practicing target administration, gaining profits should be given the priority and being fairconsidered as the heart; in order to guarantee both will be improved, the following must be done:holding on to macro manipulation, micro invigoration of the economy, combination of responsibility power profits and accounting the cost.
