摘要
介绍一种新的空心拉力螺丝钉,在螺丝钉的中央有一孔道,其直径为1～2mm。尖端有三个尖角,便于捻入骨组织。头部有特殊螺纹,能与具有相应螺纹的旋凿紧密相连。此螺丝钉及器械的设计,为关节骨折闭合撬拨复位,并经皮用螺丝钉固定创造了条件,简化了螺丝钉固定关节骨折的操作。此种螺丝钉应用广泛,可用于各种骨折。
A new type of cannulated pulling screw was introduced. There was a tunnel inside the screw, with an inner diameter of 1～2mm. Three triangular pyramids were at the tip of the screw for drilling into the bone tissue. Its head had a special kind of screw thread to be fitted for a corresponding screw driver. This new styled cannulated pulling screw with accompanying appendages was designed for a more reliable and simplified technique in its insertion and closed repositioning of the fractured bones. These screws were widely applicable for fractures at various sites.
