摘要
作者自1988.1～1990.6应用直压式螺纹子母钉固定,治疗急性股骨颈骨折42例,效果满意。母钉及子钉均为螺纹型,螺纹分15,20及25mm三种,共九个品种。钉长度有80～120mm规格,供选择应用。经生物力学测试,母钉弹簧具有0.6～1.2kg子钉具有0.5kg的压力,符合临床应用标准。治疗结果优良率达92.7%。同时对应用指征、手术要求、优缺点进行了讨论。
Between Jan. 1988 and June 1990, 42 cases of fracture of the neck of femora were treated by direct compression screw complex,. The results of the treatment was quite satisfactory with 92.7%(39/42) of the patients ranking as good and excellent. The device is soft, simple, and causes less compression. The indications, operative principles and the advantages and disadvantages were discussed.
