摘要
作者报道1984年3月～1990年11月施行二尖瓣狭窄直视分离术及成形术53例,介绍了手术方法、适应症,禁忌证。手术效果良好,术后死亡1例(近期死亡率为1.9%)。随访35例,随访时间为2～81月,平均24月。心功能皆恢复至Ⅰ～Ⅱ级。
Between March 1984 and Nov. 1990, open mitral commissurotomy and mitral valuloplasty were performed in 53 patients. The indications, contraindications and the methods of operation were presented. There was one early death, with a mortality rate of 1.9%, in a follow-up of 2-81 (average 24) months. The operative results were satisfactory. Heart function were improved in 35 of the patients.
