摘要
目的 探讨双大头导管法在射频消融治疗阵发性房性心动过速中的应用.方法 对16例阵发性房性心动过速患者采用双大头导管法进行射频消融治疗.结果 16例右房房性心动过速患者均消融成功,双大头导管交替标测更便于标到较体表P′提前至少25ms的成功靶点.结论 双大头导管射频消融是治疗阵发性房性心动过速的有效方法.
Objective To summarize the prehension of radiofrequency catheter ablation in treatment of atrial tachycardia (AT) with double catheters. Methods Electrophysiologic study and radiofrequency ablation were performed in 16 patients with AT. Results All patients were successfully treated. Double catheters were more easy to map the succesful target sites which were mapped before P, wave in surface electrocardiogram at least 25ms. Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation with double catheters is an effective method to treat the AT.
