摘要
经济的全球化、信息化、知识化使得传统的金字塔式的层级组织很难适应外部环境的动态变化以及内部管理需要。当今知识型企业面临着组织变迁的新任务。本文从知识型企业的一般特性、知识型企业面临的新的环境现实以及组织变迁新趋势和途径进行分析。
With the globalization,the informationization and the intellectualization of the economic,it's difficult for the traditional institutional style,which likes the pyramid and has different administra-tive levels,to meet the need of the exterior changing and inner management.Therefore,the Intel-lectual enterprises are facing their new mission of institutional changing.This article analyzes from the intellectual enterprises' general characteristics,the new environment reality it faces and the new changing tendency and ways of its institutional.
