摘要
本文从产业结构与产业组织的关系的分析入手,并将结果引伸到小企业集群的优化与产业升级的关系上去。同时以台湾省与韩国的产业组织结构及他们在东南亚金融风波中的表现作为比较借鉴的实证例子。最后自然导出如何优化我国产业结构的四点结论。
By analyzing the relation between the industrial structure and the industrial organization, the paper ex-tends to the relation between the perfection of small enterprise groups and the escalation of industry. In the meanwhile, it natually derives the four points about how to make our Chinese industrial structure perfect from the industrial structure organization in Tai Wan Province and Korea and their conducts in the East-southern Financial Crisis.
