摘要
目的:评价干扰素等药物联用治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:综合近几年国内文献进行分析。结果与结论:联合用药较单一用药治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效为优;无论与干扰素联用还是与其它药物联用,均可有效治疗慢性乙型肝炎,且能明显增强抗HBV作用。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of interferon plus other drugs and safety in combined pharma-cotherapy of chronic hepatitis B. METHODS: Domestic literature published in recent years was reviewed. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: The effect of combined pharmacotherapy is better than that of single drug. Combined therapy with IF or even without IF can exert effect on chronic hepatitis B and markedly enhance the anti-HBV action.
