摘要
目的:了解我院儿科门诊用药情况,找出存在的问题。方法:随机抽取我院2000年11月～2001年8月儿科门诊处方5 902张,按处方分析方法进行统计分析。结果:抗菌药物处方共4 359张(占73.86％);糖皮质激素药物处方共479张(占8.12 ％);不合理联合用药的处方有42张(占0.71％),选药不当以及用法和用量不当的处方有36张(占0.61％)。结论:抗菌药物及糖皮质激素药物应用率偏高,存在滥用现象。
OBJECTIVE:To gain a clear idea of the situation of drugs used at OPD of pediatrics in our hospital .METHODS: 5 902 prescriptions were randomly sampled from those written out at OPD of Pediatrics from November 2000 to August 2001, which were analysed according to prescription analysis method .RESULTS: Prescriptions for antibiotics and glucocorticoid totalled 4 359 and 479 accounting for 73.86% and 8.12% respectively .Prescriptions of irralionallyeombined use of drugs numbered 42(accounting for 0.71%) and those of inproper use and overdose of drugs 36(accounting for 0.61%) .CONCLUSION: The rates of use of antibiotics and glucocorticoid are slightly high, which reveals the presence of adverse use and irrationality of combined use of drugs.
