Alosetron与肠易激综合征
摘要
肠易激综合征（ Irritable bowel syndrome， IBS）是一种由于肠功能、感觉和中枢神经系统功能紊乱而引发的常见病，主要症状为腹部疼痛、腹胀及肠功能紊乱，这些症状的出现均与 5－ HT3（ 5－羟色胺）受体有关。 Alosetron是一种高选择性 5－ HT3受体拮抗剂，已被证实对肠易激综合征有一定疗效。多次临床试验显示， Alosetron能明显减轻腹部疼痛，改善肠功能及排便的紧迫感、次数及粘度。
