摘要
在原有电解合成乙醛酸的研究的基础上,对阳极材料、隔膜、电解工艺等进行了研究和改进,使电流效率由60%提高到86.4%,产率由80%提高到94.1%,电耗降为0.0049kwh/g.
The anode material, diaphragm and process of the electrolytic reduction are investigated and im- proved based on the prior study of the eIectrosynthesis of glyoxylic acid. Under the optimum conditions, the current efficiency is increased from 60% to 86. 4%, the yie1d is increased from 80% to 94. l %, and the power consumption is reduced to 0. 0049 kWh/g.
