摘要
目的 :探讨AO空心针加带旋股内动脉深支股骨大转子骨瓣治疗股骨颈骨折的方法。方法 本组 17例 ,均使用AO空心针固定加带旋股内动脉深支大转子骨瓣修复 ,术后制动 3周。结果 随访时间 2 2 -75个月 ,平均随访 38个月 ,股骨颈不愈合 1例 ,股骨头坏死 5例。结论 该方法具有 ( 1)良好的骨折复位 ;( 2 )稳定的固定 ;( 3)改善血流灌注 ;( 4 )促进成骨作用。
Objective: To explore 17 cases of the femoral neck fracture treated with compressed hollow screws uniting the great trochanter bone flap pedicled with the deep branch of the medial circumflex artery.Methods: The 17 cases were treated with compressed hollow screws uniting the great trochanter bone flap pedicled with the deep branch of the medial circumflex artery,patients were immobilized for 3 weeks after operation.Results: The average duration of follow-up for 17 cases was 38 months (22-75months).16 cases were healed,5 cases developed necrosis of femoral head.Conclusions: Compressed hollow screws fixation uniting the great trochanter bone flap pedicled with the deep branch of the medial circumfiex artery is a reliable method for treatment of femoral neck fracture with a high healing.The method possesses applied anatomy reduction,excellent fixation,enhanced revascularization and healing for facture.
