摘要
目的 探讨莫沙必利治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的疗效。方法 应用莫沙必利治疗 46例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者 ,并与多潘立酮进行对照。以观察药物的临床疗效、对血糖的影响和不良反应。结果 莫沙必利对饱胀、早饱有效率 10 0 % ,恶心和 (或 )呕吐、腹胀、餐后不适为 81.8%、89.2 %、87.5 % ,尤其是对缓解饱胀、早饱、腹胀和餐后不适等糖尿病胃轻瘫症状明显优于多潘立酮对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并有助于血糖的控制 ,不良反应轻微。结论 莫沙必利是治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫安全有效的药物 。
Objective: To study the effects of mosapride in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Methods: Mosapride (n=46,5mg three times a day for 4 weeks) versus domperidone(n=36,10mg three times a day for 4 weeks) in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis were observed in clinic effects,blood glucose and side effect.Results: The curative rates of mosapride effected on fullness,early statiety,bloating,nausea or vomit and postprandial discomfort of patients with diabetic gastroparesis were respective 100%,100%,89.2%,81.8% and 87.5%,and higher than that of domperidone(p<0.05).Compared with domperidone,mosapride can help control blood glucose,and its side effects are slight.Conclusions: Mosapride is a useful and safe medicine in treatment of patients with diabetic gastroparesis.
