摘要
本文对机器结构声发射的表征作了实验研究.所推荐的源描述符要求对机器与支撑结构的接触点的自由速度作测量,同时对机器的源导纳作测量或估算.本文对平动和转动的速度测量作了讨论,对力和力矩导纳的测量也作了描述.对一个机器家族——为建筑物服务的离心风扇,在三个自由度、多支撑点上的源描述符进行了评价.数据的表示作了简化.从而使得同类型的机器和一个机器中不同振动分量间可以作比较.在所研究的机器中,似乎在低频区垂直力分量引起的发射占主要.然而力矩的贡献却随着频率的增加,其相对重要性也增加,可能在高频区会占据主要地位.
An experimental study is described for the characterisation of the structureborne emission of machines. The source descriptor proposed requires both the measurement of free velocities at the points of contact with the supporting structure and the measurement or estimation of the component source mobilities. Measurement of translational and rotational velocities is discussed. Similarly a description is given of the measurement of force and moment mobilities. The estimation of source descriptor for three degrees of freedom and for multiple supports is demonstrated for a family of machines—centrifugal fans in the service of the building. Simplification in data presentation are suggested which will allow practical comparisons of vibration from machines of the same type and comparisons of vibration from different components of machine. It seems that for the machines investigated. emission induced by vertical force predominates at low frequencies, but the contribution of moment and its relative importance increase with increase in frequency and may predominate at high frequencies.
