摘要
目的 探讨尿沉渣分析仪 sysmex UF-1 0 0在鉴别血尿来源中的应用价值。方法 用 UF-1 0 0检测 80例不同来源血尿样本的红细胞。结果 应用 UF-1 0 0检测变异性尿红细胞对肾小球性血尿诊断的敏感性为 90 % ,特异性为 75 %。结论 用 UF-1 0 0检测变异性尿红细胞以诊断肾小球性血尿的敏感性高 ,特异性强 ,可作为鉴别肾小球性与非肾小球性血尿的筛选方法。
Objective To evaluate the values of distinguishing glomerulus from nonglomerulus hematuria by UF-100. Methods To measure urinary erythrocyte of 80 different hematuria samples by UF-100. Results The sensitivity and specificity of erythrocyte of variability measured by UF-100 for glomerulus hematuria were 90% and 70%,respectively. Conclusions The measurement of variant erychrocyte by UF-100 has high sensitivity and specificity,which can be used as screening one for distinguishing glomerulus from nonglomerulus hematuria .
