Tissue Chip and its Application in the Studies for Pathology of Tumors

摘要 组织芯片是一类新型生物芯片 ,它可以快速、高效地对大量组织样本进行分析 ,在肿瘤病理学研究中已得到有效的应用。 Tissue chip is a new sort of biochips,which allows the rapid and effcient analysis of large numbers tumors samples simultaneously on a single microscope slide.Recently,tissue chip has been widely used in studies of pathology of tumors.In this paper,the construction and application of tissue chip were summarized and discussed.
