摘要
目的 探讨先天性肺囊肿和肺隔离症的诊断与外科治疗经验。方法 术前行胸部 X线拍片及 CT检查 ,然后行手术治疗。结果 全组无手术死亡 ,无严重术后并发症 ,随访 6个月～ 3年 ,疗效良好。结论 X线胸片是主要诊断手段 ,CT(或 MRI)是必要的补充。手术可明确诊断 ,也是最佳治疗方法 ,对不同部位、不同类型病灶可选择不同手术方式。
Objective To explore the ways of diagnosing and surgically treating congenital pulmonary cyst and pulmonary sequestration.Methods All patients in the study had chest X-ray and CT examination before the operation. All patients had surgical treatment. Results No patients died in the study and no patients had serious post-surgery complications.Conclusion Chest X-ray examination is the primary way of diagnosing the disease and the CT (or MRI) may be used as the supplement for the diagnosis. The diagnosis may be confirmed by the operation, which is the best treatment. However, the ways of operation to be conducted depends on the sites and types of the diseases.
