摘要
干细胞诱导分化为胰岛 β细胞以重建胰岛为糖尿病的治疗开辟了新途径。胚胎干细胞和成体干细胞是较好的用于细胞替代治疗的细胞来源 ,但干细胞参与糖尿病治疗还存在取材困难 ,分离困难等问题。葡萄糖及成纤维细胞生长因子是胰岛 β细胞基因表达的重要影响因子。
